There you fill in our guest
form, facilitate the payment and receive your keys. In the end we
take back the keys from you in the apartment.
Our staff is
ready to serve and help you during your entire stay.
14:00 check-in and 11:00 check out.
Upon availability and previous notice we can allow an earlier
check-in time or later check-out.
reservation:
Send a request form or e-mail
with your preferred apartment and write into the comments field that
if available you are reserving the apartment provisionally. If we
reply that the apartment is available, secure your booking
instantly. Then we send a formal confirmation letter. NOT CONFIRMED
RESERVATIONS MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Like most of accommodation businesses
nowdays, we need our bookings to be secured beforehand and for
mutually binding reservation require your guarantee. As a rule, we
can make preliminary bookings for you immediately upon your request,
depending just on your choice and current availability. However, in
sending confirmation letter, we will necessarily ask you for advance
payment in amount of 30pct total amount. We accept the Credit Card
payments. This is convenient and safe. We have a 100% secure
encrypted connection supported by e-card for you to enter your
credit card details.

You pay for the apartment, not for
people who can stay in apartment.
You pay us in cash (PLN, EURO, USD) or
by credit card. In specified cases we also allow banking transfer.
location:
Our apartments you can get in the City
center. Business and entertainment districts are very close nearby
and accessible.
transport:
We can arrange a pick-up service from
the airport or railway station to our apartment.
extras:
Breakfast is not included, but there is
no need as all apartments have a kitchen, and there are several
restaurants downstairs.

Our special request
While living in our apartments please
remember:
· - to stay calm in apartments at
night-time
· - for our common business, please do
not destroy, break or get dirty more then you have to in the
apartments.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We cannot be responsible for bad
weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the
case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to
inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our
apartments prior to thirty days before their arrival, we
unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below
are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild
compensation, as often we are able to fill the places, the only case
we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited
automatically from credit card.
FOR CANCELLING A CONFIRMED RESERVATION
THERE WILL BE 60 PLN CHARGE APPLIED (CHARGED UPON CANCELLING)
Should the cancellation be made already
WITHIN the chargeable period as per the specific cancellation rules,
and the total amount due will be higher than 60 PLN, the 60PLN
charge will not be applied additionally.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the
right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.
